With the support of Training Innovations and Dr. Gregory, she [Erika] overcame feelings of burnout and is now thriving. Erika encourages others to never give up on their goals and to embrace the blessings that come with perseverance and faith. “My name is Erika Smith, I am 40 years old and currently residing in Magnolia Arkansas. I have two children who are my world and being their mother is my highest calling on this earth. I currently attend the University of Arizona Global Campus where I will graduate in a little under a year with an Associates in Early Childhood Education. My mother started a daycare back in the early 2000s and this is when my love for children started. I would leave high school and go straight there to help her everyday. It was a great joy to learn the ins and outs of children and their families.
