F.A.C.T., Inc. employs Teachers, Teacher Aides, Family Service Workers, Cooks, Administrative and Support Staff through out Calhoun, Columbia, Dallas, Ouachita and Union counties. The following benefits are offered to regular full time employees working either nine or twelve months.

Health, Dental, Life, and other Insurance

The agency pays 75% of cost for single coverage on Health, Dental, and Life insurances.  Coverage for additional family members at employee expense. 
 

$20,000 Life Insurance Policy
Other insurances available – Vision, Cancer, Additional Life

Short Term Disability Insurance
  The agency pays 100% of insurance premium.

Retirement Plan
  Employee is eligible to participate in a 403(b) plan by salary reduction
  during first year of employment
Agency contributes an additional 5% of employee wages to retirement plan after twelve months of employment.

Paid Holidays
Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2), Christmas (2), New Years (1), Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th.  Additional days are given each year during Thanksgiving and Christmas at the agency’s discretion.  Administrative office staff receive, Columbus, Veteran’s and President’s day.
