Completing a Full Application

When completing a full employment application for F.A.C.T., Inc., there are three options. Applicants may either pick up a paper application at any of our locationsdownload and print an application, or you can apply online using the below instructions: 

  1. Click this link to begin the application process.
  2. If  this is your first time completing an application at FACT, click on the “Don’t have an account? Create one!” link.
  3. After you have created your account or logged in, click on “Employment Application” then click “Begin Interview”.  Click “Start from beginning”
  4. Enter information into the fields by typing or selecting your answer to each of the questions.  Questions with a red asterisk (*) are required to be answered.  Enter “N/A” in required fields which may not be applicable to you.  Click “Next” at the bottom of each screen to proceed to the next page of questions.
  5. On the final page (6/6), click “Finish”.  Note that if you have left any required fields empty, the interview will show as “Interview Incomplete”.  In this case you would need to go back and complete all required fields prior to moving forward.  If you have completed all fields, the screen will display “Interview Completed”.
  6. If you see the "Interview Completed" designation, this initial process is now complete.  FACT, Inc. will contact you if we need any further information or wish to schedule an interview with you.   If selected for an interview, you will be asked to sign your completed application at that time.  Your application will remain on file for six months.
  7. ***Optional: In adddition to completing the above steps, you can use the form on the right of this page to send a resume and/or cover letter.
